Allison moved to North Carolina from Atlanta in 2009 when her husband, Alex, began his Masters of Divinity studies at Wake Forest University School of Divinity.  Alex is the Youth Minister at Piney Grove Baptist Church in Mt. Airy, a CBFNC church where Allison is also very active. They are involved with DivCouples, a group created to include significant others in campus life and to help them feel like part of the greater community during their time at Wake Forest. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.
