The Ridgecrest Summer Staff Program offers college age young adults an opportunity to have a paid summer job in the mountains of North Carolina. We offer an opportunity for those in the program to learn and develop skills that are useful in future careers and everyday life. Through training and hands-on experience, they will learn about the responsibilities and rewards that come with a variety of work roles. Our program is much more than a job; it can be life transforming! They will receive meals and shared, dorm-style housing in addition to their pay.
