Senior Pastor

Central Baptist Church of Johnson City, TN is seeking a senior pastor, following the retirement on October 1, 2025 of Dr. Tommy Hood. Desirable candidates will have an advanced degree from a Baptist seminary (doctorate preferred), a minimum of 10 years of relevant full-time ministry experience—preferably having led a team in a multi-staff setting—and possess the spiritual maturity, biblical integrity, and heart for shepherding God’s people.
