Later this year, CBFNC will unveil a new special annual offering to fund a variety of ministries of CBFNC. General Assembly participants will receive a “sneak preview.” You’ll hear more about it in the worship services on Friday evening and Saturday morning. 

Please give generously to the offering during the Assembly, then be prepared to help promote it in your church later this year. Thank you for your partnership in many ways, including your financial support.


Meal Information

Friday Boxed Lunches - by paid pre-orders only, $7 each.  Pick up pre-ordered boxes in the Fellowship Hall from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

* Ham & Swiss Wrap with Honey Mustard & Lettuce Mix, Chips, Grapes, and Triple Chocolate Brownie, with drink
* Vegetarian Wrap with Baby Spinach, Roasted Peppers, Swiss Cheese, Tomato, and Herbed Spread, Chips, Grapes, and Triple Chocolate Brownie, with drink.

Friday Evening Fellowship Dinner; serving line open 4:45 - 6:15 p.m.

Early Bird Price - $10 per person - when paid by February 22, 2013.

Regular Price - $12 per person - when paid after February 22, 2013.

Dinner Menu:  Ambrosia, Roasted Chicken Breast with Creamy Herbed Gravy, White & Jasmine Rice, Fresh Green Beans, Choice of Dessert (Triple Chocolate Cake with Tahitian Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Icing or Lemon Cake with Vanilla Bean Butter Cream Icing), Rolls, Iced Tea.   


Parking Instructions

Church parking lots are located on Walnut St. And 6th St.  All lots will be marked with signage and parking attendants will be available to assist you.

Handicapped and Limited Mobility Parking:  Use the lot directly in front of the sanctuary and one of the 6th St. lots.  You may also use the lot behind the building.

Parents with Young Children Parking:  Use the lot behind the building.  

Van and Bus Parking:  Use the large lot located on Walnut between 5th and 6th St.    

Our downtown banks and businesses are allowing us to use their lots on Friday evening and Saturday. These lots are within walking distance of the church. 


On-Line Registration and Meal Reservations are now closed. 

You may register in person when you arrive and make meal arrangements at the door as long as they last.

Childcare Reservations

Free childcare is provided by advance reservation only for preschoolers (kindergarten and younger) and children (grades 1-6). 

The deadline for childcare reservations was March 1.  After that date, you may call Erin Collier at First Baptist Church in Lumberton to check on availability (910-739-4336).


Childcare is available during the following times:

12:30 - 5:00  Ministry Workshop Sessions - Preschool and Children (6th grade and younger)
6:20 - 8:30  Evening Worship - Preschool only (kindergarten and younger)

8:45 - 11:10  Saturday events prior to worship - Preschool and Children (6th grade and younger)
11:10 - 12:30  Worship - Preschool only (kindergarten and younger)
